    SR500 million real estate project in Bosnia

    Dar Al Arkan, the leading real estate development company in Saudi Arabia, has released for sale its new SR500 million luxury vacation and residential complex – Sidra in Bosnia. The project offers the opportunity to own a second home in an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of Europe and is quickly becoming a top investment and vacation destination. It will offer a gated community of highly specialized villas designed for modern living have been designed in an area that is classified as one of the healthiest and cleanest in the Balkans. The development will include contemporary villas inspired by local architecture with stylish interiors that blend in with the spectacular views. On-site facilities will include a clubhouse, cafe, supermarket, gym, spa, children’s playground and a 5-star boutique hotel.
